PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wheel suspension device wherein a lateral force supporting mechanism having a simple structure and capable of preventing failure is assembled. SOLUTION: The vehicle wheel suspension device A is provided with: a first arm 51 provided on a brake shaft 21; a second arm 61 rotatably supported on a disk 12; a suspension element 70 disposed in an upright state between the arms 61 and 62; and the lateral force supporting mechanism 40 disposed between the brake shaft 21 and the second arm 61. The lateral force supporting mechanism 40 comprises a link mechanism having two links 45 and 46 and three connecting elements.
