PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a rear table so as not to disturb a rear seat occupant when getting on/off in case that the rear table is not used, and to simply pull out or simply pulled out and rotate the rear table when used. SOLUTION: The arm rest used for a vehicle seat comprises a fixed rail 13 extended in a length direction and securely attached to a lower surface 12 of an arm rest main body 11; and a movable rear seat table 15 slidably fitted with the fixed rail 13 to be supported, and pulled out to a rear seat side.
