PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile cutter capable of easily and certainly cutting a tile not only in a case that the surface of the tile is non-smooth but also in a case that the tile is cut in the vicinity of the end part thereof. SOLUTION: The tile cutter is equipped with a base stand, the ridge line provided on the base stand, an arm-shaped load applying means for applying load for forming a notch to the surface of the tile, the cutting blade provided on the shaft support side of the load applying means and a stress applying means for pressing the tile to divide the same, the stress applying means is connected to the load applying means so as to be shaken left and right.
