摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equip an abrasive grain layer with a stiffness free of bringing about deterioration of the processing accuracy even if the blade part is made thin and a toughness unlikely to generate cracking, promote self-regeneration of the cutting edge owing to slipping-off of abrasive grains to a proper degree, and prevent an increase in the cutting resistance due to a burn, plugging and blunting in cutting. SOLUTION: An ultra-thin blade grinding wheel has the blade part in the shape of an ultra-thin plate consisting of abrasive grain layer having a thickness of 10-100μm, wherein the abrasive grain layer is structured so that super-abrasive grains having a mean particle size of 1-50μm are dispersed in a metal plating phase consisting of Ni-W alloy containing 10-40 wt% W and having a mean crystal particle size of 1-30 nm.
