PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a mold with which the mold having complicated fine shape can be made at high precision and in the case of making the mold having thick coated film, the mold improving the surface quality can be made. SOLUTION: Coating liquid is coated on a pattern heated to a temperature of not lower than a room-temperature to < 100°C, and successively, the coated sand is filled up into the pattern and thereafter, the coated sand is hardened. Under reduced pressure atmosphere, flux is removed by irradiating with micro-wave and also, the coated sand is hardened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
