PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical toy floating indoors or outdoors for long hours by flapping wings by electric power. SOLUTION: A kite 31 is provided with a main wing power unit 56. The power unit 56 winds up strings 51 provided on main wings 15 or releases it to flap the wings 15. The power unit 56 comprises a rotating unit 41, a cell 49, a reduction mechanism 55, a crank 44, a string stopper 47 and a pipe 48. The wings 15 are elastic and have restoring force to keep the form always constant, thereby returning to the original form through a release of the strings 51 after the wings 15 are flapped by being pulled by the strings 51.
