PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive plaster, preventing chemical solution in a chemical enclosing chamber from flowing out or jetting out in use, and surely and concentratedly impregnating the central part of a pad with a chemical solution. SOLUTION: In this adhesive plaster, the chemical solution enclosing chamber, the bottom opening part of which is closed with a thin film sealing piece, is disposed on the pad stuck to a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, and the thin film sealing piece is separated in use to impregnate the pad with the chemical solution. The thin film sealing piece is formed of uniaxial oriented film, the central part in the width direction at one end thereof is provided with slits parallel to each other, a pulling piece is connected to a part between slits, whereby when the pulling piece is pulled, only the central part in the width direction of the thin film sealing piece is separated to open the bottom central part of the chemical solution enclosing chamber, so that the central part of the pad is impregnated with the chemical solution.
