PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device, efficiently restraining a temperature rise due to excitation of an inclined magnetic field coil or the like in simple structure. SOLUTION: This magnetic resonance imaging device includes: a static magnetic field generating means 4a generating a static magnetic field in a photographing space 7a; and an inclined magnetic field coil 13 disposed on the photographing space side of the static magnetic field generating means to generate an inclined magnetic field in the photographing space. The interior or the outer surface of the inclined magnetic field coil is provided with a cooling plate 22 disposed to cool the heat generated in the inclined magnetic field coil, and a pipe 23 allowing coolant to flow therethrough is disposed in thermal contact with the cooling plate 22 along the outer peripheral part of the cooling plate 22.
