PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguisher which is used in a household, a kitchen for business use and the site using oils and can easily performing the initial fire extinguishing of an oil fire, and in which a fire extinguishing agent is harmless and environmentally safe and can be utilized as a detergent after an expiration date. SOLUTION: A biodegradable surfactant 5 high in solubilization phase concentration and fast in emulsification dispersion and a nitrogen gas 6 are charged inside the container of the fire extinguisher.
