FIELD: medicine, neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating cerebral vascular diseases accompanied with psychic disorders. For this purpose one should introduce homeopathic preparations named Cerebrum compositum and Hepar compositum per 2.2 ml every other day for 20 d intramuscularly, and beginning since the 11th d one should additionally prescribe Vertigohel preparation per 10 drops thrice daily for 10 d. The innovation suggested provides decreased different psychotic and unpsychotic depressive syndromes that considerably improves quality of life in this category of patients. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 ex |
