<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize synchronous display of stamped states even if a document number of the stamped documents is not present. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a template preparing means for preparing the stamp frame of a stamped document, a hash value generating means for operating hash functions to an existing electronic document to calculate a hash value being an unequivocal value about the electronic document, an existing electronic document pseudo printing means for outputting the print output of the existing electronic document prepared by an existing document preparing device in a format that it can be fetched in the stamped document preparation system, a document uniting means for uniting the output of the existing electronic document with the template, a hash value embedding means for embedding the hash value generated by the hash value generating means in the electronic stamped document. The stamp frame prepared by the template preparing means is provided with the information of the order of approval to be stamped as its attributes concerning which order a plurality of users perform the stamping procedures in, and the audit of the stamp history of the stamped document is executed on the basis of the hash value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
