<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly specify a table where a guest is and to surely deliver an article. <P>SOLUTION: An assistant inputs information whether or not delivery of the article is completed in the case of performing adjustment with a cash register 20 at a checkout counter of a restaurant. A non-contact medium is embedded in a tray 10 on which food and drink are put and information with which the tray 10 is identified is recorded. The cash register 20 reads tray identification information of the tray 10 and transmits the tray identification information and information about the adjusted article to a store server 50. The guest receives the tray 10 and sits at a table 30. The table 30 having a non-contact medium reading function reads the tray identification information and transmits it to the store server 50 with the table identification information. The store server 50 stores each piece of transmitted information in a data base.
