<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit integral type geared motor in which the single element inspection, baking coating, and completion inspection of the motor can be conducted efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: Notches 3c are formed at 12 positions at the outer periphery of a laminated core 3a. Holes 5a are formed at 8 positions except 4 positions separated at an angle of 90° of the notch 3c at an anti-output shaft side bracket 5. Threaded parts 6b are formed at symmetrical positions at an angle of 180° of 8 positions and holes 6a are formed at the residual 6 positions at an output shaft side bracket 6. A rotor 4 equipped with a ball bearing 7 and a ball bearing 8 is contained at the center of a stator 3. The ball bearing 8 is contained in the bracket 5. The notch 3c of the stator is aligned with the hole a of the anti-output shaft side bracket 5. The ball bearing 8 is contained in the output shaft side bracket 6. The notch 3c of the stator 3 is aligned with the hole 6a of the output shaft side bracket 6 and the threaded part 6b. Then, two through bolts 9 are penetrated through the hole 5a of the anti-output shaft side bracket 5 and the notch 3c of the stator 3, and clamped with a screw at the threaded part 6b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
