<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flour composition having a high nutritive value and providing a high-quality secondary processed product by using a flour containing magnesium in a specific proportion without using wheat bran. <P>SOLUTION: The flour composition contains the flour having ≥500 mg/100 g magnesium content.
