PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and optionally manage access to a recording medium in a system for performing a plurality of accesses to the recording medium at a time. SOLUTION: This system sets, as access management information, at least one piece of: equipment identification information which is specific to a content providing device permitted to access the recording medium; position identifier information which is specific to an installation position of the content supplying device permitted to access the recording medium; user identifier information which is specific to a user permitted to access the recording medium; and maximum access number information determining upper limit of the number of accesses for accessing the recording medium at a time.
