PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving coin discrimination device for discriminating IC coins and coins to be charged from the same charging port and an inter-game boards ball dispenser where paper money, coins and IC coins can be used. SOLUTION: This coin discriminating device 13 is provided with a coin charging port 23 and a coin conveyance path 35 and a plurality of sensors 50 and a plurality of shutters 40, wherein the plurality of shutters are configured of a first shutter 40<SB>1</SB>installed in parallel with the extended line of the bottom face and a second shutter 40<SB>2</SB>installed in proximity to the first shutter, and the first shutter and the second shutter are arranged like an almost V character with a predetermined acute angle made by those shutters, and a sensor 50 is installed at the position where the size of the coin is discriminated. This coin discriminating device is provided with a coin discriminating part I for, when the coin stands still at the position of the second shutter, opening/closing either the first or second shutter according to the size of the coin, and for conveying the coin to a predetermined carriage path.
