PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent projection of the entirety of a liquid container from a container fixing section when the liquid container is urged in the take-out direction at the time of take-out operation. SOLUTION: The liquid container holder comprises a device-side securing structure for securing a liquid container while regulating movement of the liquid container under fixed state in the take-out direction releasably, a means for imparting force for urging the liquid container in the take-out direction when secured state by the device side securing structure is released, and a means for regulating operation of the liquid container in the take-out direction at a position where urging force from the urging means is released at the time of take-out operation of the liquid container.
