PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, image processing method, and image processing program capable of performing color conversion process suitable for both higher image quality and faster process of an print image when printing a plurality of kinds of images. SOLUTION: A print condition acquiring means acquires a prescribed print condition including a discrimination information for discriminating kind of the image corresponding to at least a first image data. A color conversion selecting means selects at least one kind of color conversion process which, based on the print condition acquired by the print condition acquiring means, converts color in the first image data into a second image data by referencing a prescribed color conversion table in which the relationship between the first image data and the second image data is specified at a plurality of grid points in a prescribed color space. A color conversion means capable of performing the plurality of kinds of color conversion processes converts color in the first image data into the second image data by applying any one of color conversion processes selected by the color conversion selecting means for each ink color when calculating a gradation value of each of a plurality of ink colors.
