PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trip driving device of a breaker at the time of overcurrent capable of manufacturing a breaker at low cost and heightening response. SOLUTION: A ridgeline 23c where an absorbing face 23a absorbing an absorbed part 22 of a driving piece 20 and a crossing face 23b crosses is formed at an electromagnet 19, and the driving piece 20 is made supported to the electromagnet 19 in free rotation by engaging a bent concave part 28 formed at a jointed part of the absorbed part 22 of the driving piece 20 and an engagement part 27 made by bending its top end edge, so that a pin for supporting the driving piece to the electromagnet in free rotation is done away with. Reduction of the number of parts and man-hour, simplification of shapes of the electromagnet 19, the driving piece 20 and a case, as well as weight saving and alleviation of abrasive resistance of the driving piece are aimed at, to obtain a breaker at extremely low cost and with high response.
