PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus irradiating accurately the prescribed track with a laser beam at the time of seek operation without depending on difference of each object of a tracking actuator and an optical pickup. SOLUTION: A signal adjusting circuit 57 of a servo driver circuit 5 is constituted of a first amplifier 571 outputting a reference drive signal of amplitude previously set in accordance with this difference when a period error signal indicating difference between a target period and a detection period is inputted, and a second amplifier 572 adjusting this reference drive signal by multiplying by an inverse number of servo gain G being different depending on each object of the optical pickup 1. Thereby, the reference drive signal adjusted conforming to a property of a tracking actuator 12 of the optical pickup 1 is inputted to a tracking drive signal generating circuit 58.
