PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL panel capable of carrying out an aging process with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an organic EL panel is used for forming, on a substrate, an organic EL element 1 formed by catching an organic layer having at least a luminescent layer with a pair of electrodes at least one of which is divided into a plurality of parts. The manufacturing method includes at least a process wherein one or more of the divided one-side electrodes are connected to a first conducting line 2; the other one-side electrodes are connected to a second conducting line 3; the first conducting line 2 is connected to one end of a predetermined power source (A.C. power source) V; and the second conducting line 3 is connected to the other end of the power source V to apply a voltage between the first and second conducting lines 2 and 3 for a predetermined period.
