SPRAY DRYING DEVICE, POWDER DRYING METHOD, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FERRITE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray drying device capable of increasing a yield by minimizing adhered matters in a drying tube in the spray drying device using a rotary disk. SOLUTION: In this spray drying device 2, a raw liquid for manufacturing a powder is radially sprayed from the rotary disk installed at the upper center part of a drying cylindrical body 4 toward the inner wall of the drying cylindrical body 4 so that the raw liquid can be formed in fine liquid drips. The sprayed fine liquid drips are dried by hot air for drying to manufacture the powder directly from the raw liquid. A punching plate 20 having peripheral nozzles 22 for blowing out at least a part of the hot air for drying is installed on the inner wall of the drying cylindrical body 4 to which the fine liquid drips are radially sprayed along all the periphery of the inner wall of the drying cylindrical body.
