PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pulser capable of surely forming pulse air. SOLUTION: The inside of a body 1 is partitioned into an air supply chamber 5 and an air exhaust chamber 6 by stretching a diaphragm 4 having a small hole 8, and an air injection cylinder 7 opened and closed by the diaphragm 4 is arranged in the air supply chamber 5. The inside of the air exhaust chamber 6 is partitioned into a first chamber 6a and a second chamber 6b by a valve plate 11 having a valve hole 14. The inside of the second chamber 6b is provided with a valve element 19 embedded with a permanent magnet 20 attracted to the valve plate 11, and a guide cylinder 17 for guiding the movement of its valve element 19. A seal member 22 is incorporated between opposed surfaces of the guide cylinder 17 and the valve plate 11. A seal lip 23 formed on the inner periphery of its seal member 22, is contacted with a tapered surface 24 of the tip part outer periphery of the valve element 19 put in a closing state.
