PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange base board stably operable while using a heat exchange membrane formed as a film out of a synthetic resin not out of a chartaceous sheet. SOLUTION: A rigid end side rib material 4 is attached to the end of a heat exchange sheet 3 formed as a film out of the synthetic resin 2. A spacer 9 formed by solidifying a hot melt type resin inside the end side rib material 4 and a rigid reinforcing rib material 10 are arranged on the heat exchange sheet 3. Since the rigid reinforcing rib material is arranged inside the end side rib material on the heat exchange sheet formed as the film out of the synthetic resin, even if the heat exchange sheet has properties thinner and softer than paper, flapping in operation can be restrained by the rigid reinforcing rib material arranged inside the end side rib material.
