PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent swinging of a burner case 2 by vibration, without impairing easiness for removing the burner case, in combustion equipment for connecting the burner case 2 to a heat radiating case 3 supported in a covering case 1 in a suspending state. SOLUTION: This combustion equipment is provided with a support plate 8 having a positioning member 81 of an upper surface inscribed in a recess part 24 of a bottom surface of the burner case 2. The covering case 1 is provided with a fixing part 14 for fixing a front end part of the support plate 8, a receiving part 15 for supporting a rear edge part of the support plate 8, and a guide part 17 extending obliquely downward and forward from the receiving part. When inserting the support plate 8 from the front into the covering case 1, the positioning member 81 is introduced into the recess part 24 of the bottom surface of the burner case 2 by the rise of the rear edge part of the support plate 8 along the guide part 17.
