PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out well a processing for keeping crease of a garment. SOLUTION: The processing is carried out as follows: A garment 21 such as trousers or skirt with crease is turned inside out, the recess of the crease outside the resultant garment 21 is applied with an adhesive tape with a synthetic resin film laminated with an adhesive layer so as to cover the crease, the garment 21 is then returned outside, and adhesive tapes 1 and 2 are folded in two at the crease 22 and sandwiched with both sides of the crease 22. Thereafter, the crease 22 is subjected to hot-press processing to soften or melt the adhesive layer 2. Subsequently, the adhesive layer 2 is hardened to bond the adhesive tapes 1 and 2 folded in two to the reverse face of the crease 22, which is thus backed with the adhesive tapes 1 and 2.
