PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable antifogging composition having significantly improved antifogging performance whose durability is high, capable of thermoforming, and high in abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable antifogging composition comprises a bifunctional urethane acrylate oligomer as a reaction product of a hydroxyl-containing acrylate monomer and an isocyanate compound that is obtained by reaction between a polyether diol and an aromatic or alicyclic diisocyanate, a monomer(b)≤2 in the number of functional group(s), and each at least one of dilutive solvents and photopolymerization initiators. This composition is characterized in that the polyether diol is polyethylene oxide or an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide random copolymer containing≥60 mol% ethylene oxide and the weight ratio (a)/(b) is (50:50) to (98:2) on a solid basis.
