PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable pressure sensitive adhesive or adhesive composition, and to provide an adhesive agent, a pressure sensitive adhesive agent and a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, which are applied to the composition. SOLUTION: The photocurable pressure sensitive adhesive or adhesive composition comprises a polyester resin having≥3 molecular-weight distribution (Mw/Mn) and a branched structure, a cationically polymerizable compound and a photo cationic polymerization initiator.
