PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of sharply improving the efficiency of combustion of a hydrocarbon type fuel. SOLUTION: At least two magnets (20) are installed as closely as possible with each other on the outside surface of the bottom wall of a fuel tank so that the mutually repelling magnetic fields are formed to penetrate the wall near fuel delivery ports (60) of the fuel tank (50), and the fuel that crosses the mutually repelling magnetic fields is let to be delivered as it is through the fuel delivery ports. Each of at least two magnet assemblies (10) preferably has a structure in which a magnet, as the upside, and a ferromagnetic body (30), as the lower part, are stacked and fixed each other with a case (40) so as for the same magnetic pole of the magnet to form the upper face.
