PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product such as a facial mask to which two or more benefit agents can be incorporated, which can impart attractive change of color/tone to the skin in a short time, and which can impart uniformity of the improved color/tone. SOLUTION: The subject product comprises a water-insoluble substrate, a liquid impregnate wherein the liquid impregnate is present in a weight ratio to the water-insoluble substrate of greater than about 5%, and a plurality of microcapsules comprising a microcapsule wall surrounding a liquid core.
