PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank structure for preventing generation of oscillating noise of the fuel. SOLUTION: The fuel tank structure 1 comprises: a fuel tank 11 long in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle; a fuel suction pump 12 arranged on one end side of the fuel tank 11 in the longitudinal direction; a transfer tube 13 which extends in the fuel tank 11 toward the other end side of the fuel tank 11 from the fuel suction pump 12 and transfers the fuel sucked on the other end side to the fuel suction pump 12; and an umbrella-shaped member 14 which is mounted on the transfer tube 13 to partition the fuel tank 11.
