PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake liquid pressure controlling device for vehicle, in which a pump body can be miniaturized, a component for the brake liquid pressure controlling device can easily and surely attached/fixed to the pump body, and sealability can be ensured. SOLUTION: An inlet valve 1A and the pump body 100A are bonded by laser welding or electron beam welding. In details, the boundary section between the outer peripheral section of a flange section 1d and a receiving section 111a is irradiated with a laser L or an electron beam, and a metal fused section W is formed at the boundary section to bond the inlet valve 1A and the pump body 100A.
