PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step edge material capable of facilitating installation, and easily being attached without increasing the width of a main body even if an installed surface is uneven. SOLUTION: In the step edge material 35, a groove 61 is provided at a slip-preventive groove portion 45, and a screw positioning groove 63 that is deeper and wider than the groove 61 is provided in a center portion. In order to install the screw, the screw is installed by using the screw positioning groove 63 as a guide. A depression 51 is formed on a back surface of an upper surface of the step edge material 35, so that installation is enabled even if the installed surface is uneven.
