The disc production apparatus 14 produces a plurality of disc type recording media 2 recording a plurality of said disc ID's. A reproduction apparatus 15 reads out the disc ID from a disc type recording medium 2 before playing the reproduction apparatus 15 and verifies this based on public key data of the management apparatus 12.
