A 1,3-specific lipase originating in Rhizomucor miehei which is in the form of a lipase powder having a spherical shape and a moisture content of 10% by ma ss or lower; a lipase composition in which this lipase powder is dipped in fat or infiltrated thereby; and a method of producing a lipase powder which compris es spray drying a lipase-containing aqueous solution having a pH value adjusted to 6 to 7.5. Thus, a lipase powder having improved 1,3-selectivity is provid ed.
