INFRARED RAY COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER AND WATTHOUR METER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform good and efficient data communication using an infrared ray even in the environment where it is easy to be influenced of a disturbance light without introducing the complication of an apparatus configuration.

SOLUTION: An infrared ray communication device of transmission side alternately repeats a period (ST1) for performing a data transmission by the infrared ray and a period (ST2) for not performing the data transmission at a predetermined period. An infrared ray communication device of reception side detects the influence of the disturbance light based on the photodetecting state in a photodetecting means, and performs the data communication only when the influence of the disturbance light is less than a predetermined value.
