<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give coolness when in use even though it is dry type sanitary tissue paper for household use. <P>SOLUTION: The general dry type sanitary tissue paper for the household use is manufactured in a process in which pulp fibers are made into paper and crepe is made as needed.
