摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-human animal developing osteopetrosis by trouble in differentiation induction of bone marrow cell to osteoclast, and to provide a method for screening a substance promoting or suppressing differentiation induction of bone marrow cell to osteoclast, and the like, by using the osteopetrosis onset model non-human animal. <P>SOLUTION: A double knockout non-human animal (DKO) defected in gene function is obtained by defecting or mutating a gene coding membrane adaptor molecule DNAX activating protein DAP12 supporting immunologically activating signal transfer and a gene encoding Fc acceptor commonγsubunit FcRγ. The differentiation induction-promoting or suppressing substance of bone marrow cell to osteoclast, or, bone metabolism promoting or suppressing substance is screened by using osteopetrosis onset DAP 12 and FcRγgene double knockout non-human animal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
