PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a recruiting method by synthesizing information terminals, portable telephones or the like connected to a network with a server to centralize information management. SOLUTION: Information management is centralized by synthesizing information terminals, portable telephones or the like connected to a network with a dedicated server. Thus, the trends of persons who requests documents and business participants are easily grasped.
