PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a sales side who has created the defect report of a product to a product manufacturer can confirm progress situations related to analyses of the product related to the report successively and refund quickly reaches a complaint source when the money corresponding to the complaint must be refunded as the result of the analyses of components to which the complaint is made. SOLUTION: Information on the defect generated in the component supplied to the market is received and stored as temporary registration data, and formal registration is made with a registration data base after specified processing is performed. In response to completion of the formal registration, an examination execution request message for requesting an examination execution part to take measures is generated and transmitted to the examination execution part.
