PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To digitize input image signal data and to reduce the assembling cost of a liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A TFT pixel switch 3 and a TFT of a signal voltage applying means are processed in a photoresist step with a combination of batch exposure and repetitive exposure.
