PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner installation frame formed by reinforcing base members for loading an appliance and leg members for supporting tip end parts of the base members by a diagonal bracing along an appliance installation face, being linearly folded up into a small piece in a state of temporarily assembled regardless of the use of diagonal bracing, and preventing the projection of the diagonal bracing to any side on assembling and use. SOLUTION: Two base members 30 are extended from two points of a cross member 10 of an upper stage mounted at an upstream side of an inclined appliance installation face to a downstream side approximately in the horizontal direction. The leg members 40 are extended upward from two points of a cross member 20 of a lower stage installed on a downstream side of the appliance installation face to support the tip end parts of the base members 30. Connection bars 50 composed of the diagonal bracing are respectively hung over between the base member 30 and the leg member 40. These members are rotatably connected by the screws. The connection bars 50 and the leg members 40 are respectively connected by the screws 51, and screw holes of the leg members 40 are formed by slots 44. The leg members 40 are linearly folded up to the base members 30, and inclined at a specific angle in being assembled and used.
