PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of wind power generation, by efficiently converting energy of wind into rotational energy of a windmill. SOLUTION: A plurality of wind guide plates 1 are installed to outer peripheral part of the windmill 4 to give a more amount of wind energy to the windmill 4.
