PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler enabling excellent brazing each part thereof by temporarily fixing each part without a clearance in a stable state and also enabling the elimination of the removal work of a fixture. SOLUTION: This oil cooler comprises a pipe connector 2b to which a pipe P at a supply/discharge port is connected and elements 1 stacked on the another in a communicated state, and temporarily fixed in a clearance-free state before each part of both the pipe connector and the elements are brazed. The oil cooler also comprises a patch 2 holding the outermost elements 1a and 1b in a state of being pressurized on the inside of the the elements 1 in the stacking direction and used also as the pipe connector 2b.
