摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of compensating frequency-temperature characteristics of a piezoelectric oscillator for compensating the temperature of the frequency-temperature characteristics of a piezoelectric element with high accuracy without causing the phase jump of compensating voltage signals, a temperature-compensated oscillator, and an electronic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The temperature-compensated oscillator 10 comprises a piezoelectric element mounted in a voltage-controlled oscillator 12, a temperature sensor 16 for measuring the temperature of the piezoelectric element, a temperature compensator circuit 20 for generating a first compensating voltage for compensating frequency-temperature characteristics at the lower temperature side or the higher temperature side than a reference temperature in the operating temperature of the piezoelectric element based on the measurement result of the temperature sensor 16, a temperature corrector circuit 30 for generating a second compensating voltage for compensating frequency-temperature characteristics at the higher temperature side or the lower temperature side than the reference temperature based on the measurement result of the temperature sensor 16, and an adder 40 for adding voltages outputted from the temperature compensator circuit and the temperature corrector circuit 30 to output the result to the voltage-controlled oscillator 12.
