摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decontaminate and disassemble a cylindrical structure such as a heat exchanger and a pipe with a radioactivity-contaminated inner circumferential face 14b, using a device in common. SOLUTION: A cutting machine 44 is attached to a water supply heater body barrel 14 to surround an outer circumferential face 14a of the body barrel 14 with the radioactivity-contaminated inner circumferential face. An inner circumferential face cutting tool rest 74 is attached to a rotary part 46 of the cutting machine 44, and the inner circumferential face cutting tool rest 74 is inserted from an opening end part 14c of the body barrel 14 into the body barrel 14. The inner circumferential face cutting tool rest 74 is fed in axial direction while rotating the rotary part 46, and the inner circumferential face 14b of the body barrel 14 is cut by a bite 84 held in the inner circumferential face cutting tool rest 74 to decontaminate the inner circumferential face 14b. The tool rest is replaced with an outer circumferential face cutting tool rest 66, the outer circumferential face cutting tool rest 66 is fed radial-directionally while rotating the rotary part 46, and a planed cut portion in the outer circumferential face 14a of the body barrel 14 is cut by a bite 72 held in the outer circumferential face cutting tool rest 66 to disassemble the body barrel.
