PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably connect a lead pattern 2 at the side of a measuring machine of a contact probe sheet 10 for inspecting display panels to wiring at the side of the measuring machine. SOLUTION: The contact probe sheet 10 for inspecting display panels used for performing a prescribed test by energizing each electrode of the display panels comprises the lead pattern 2 that electrically connects the measuring machine for testing and the display panels and is formed on a flexible substrate 1, and a bump contact 3 that electrically connects the lead pattern 2 and wiring at the side of the measuring machine and is formed on a surface opposite to a surface in which the lead pattern 2 is formed on the flexible substrate 1.
