摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic precursor and its synthesis method which satisfy conditions of short process, easy operation and high yield for realizing industrial utilization of a 4-ethynylphenanthrene derivative. SOLUTION: The 1,1-dialkyl-3-(4-phenanthrenyl)-2-propyn-1-ol derivative is obtained in a high yield through a cross coupling reaction between a 4-bromophenanthrene derivative and an acetylene compound using a palladium complex catalyst.
