PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rotational resistance of a feed screw for driving a pickup. SOLUTION: A guide shaft 5 and a feed screw 13 are arranged side by side, an engaging part 22a disposed in a connection member 21 is elastically pressed into contact with the feed screw 13 from a diameter direction, the connection member 21 is moved back and forth in the axial direction of the feed screw 13 by the rotation of the feed screw 13, and the pedestal 4 of a pickup 3 is moved back and forth along the guide shaft 5 following the connection member 21. The connection member 21 is fixed to the guide shaft 5 so as to rotate and to move back and forth in the axial direction, a pair of holding pieces 21 and 22 are disposed in the connection member 21 to hold the feed screw 13 therebetween from both sides of its rotational direction, and an engaging part 22a is formed in one of the holding pieces.
