PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured disk housing device capable of surely holding a disk by a disk holding part at the time of housing the disk and easily loading/unloading to and from the disk holding part at the time of reproducing the disk or inserting/pulling out the disk, a disk selecting device, and a disk device. SOLUTION: Trays 250 for individually holding a plurality of disks D are stacked together. The trays 250 are provided with holding arms 252 and 253 and a lock hole 254. The holding arms 252 and 253 can be rotated between a closed position in which holding catches 252-2 and 253-2 disposed therein come into contact with the disks D to hold them and an open position in which the catches move apart from the disks D to release them. The holding catches 252-2 and 253-2 of the holding arms 252 and 253 of the adjacent trays 250 enter the lock hole 254. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
